REFUND POLICY

All Vallee pieces are made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has commenced.

Faulty or Damaged Pieces Each piece is crack-tested at our Ballarat studio prior to dispatch and signed off in good condition before leaving our care. Delivery condition is confirmed by the purchaser at the point of delivery — any damage must be noted on the delivery docket before signing.

If a structural fault is identified that is attributable to our production process, we will replace the piece at no cost to you. Replacement is offered in lieu of a refund.

We do not accept liability for damage occurring after delivery sign-off.
