SHIPPING POLICY

Vallee pieces are hand-cast concrete and freight accordingly — large, heavy, and requiring specialist transport.

Freight Costs Freight is at the purchaser's expense and is quoted individually at the time of order based on your delivery location and piece dimensions. We will confirm freight cost before your order is finalised.

Delivery All pieces are delivered to site. Delivery is to an accessible ground-floor location or as agreed at time of order. The purchaser is responsible for handling, positioning, and installation from the point of delivery.

Condition at Delivery Each piece is crack-tested at our studio prior to dispatch. The purchaser is required to inspect the piece and sign off on its condition at delivery. Any damage must be noted on the delivery docket at the time of delivery — we cannot accept liability for damage reported after sign-off.

Lead Times All pieces are made to order. Lead times are confirmed at the time of order and vary by piece and finish. We will keep you informed of your production and dispatch timeline.
